First year of college at UW La Crosse is already coming to a close. Time has gone by so incredibly fast. I cannot believe it. It's been a rough, exciting, exhausting and thrilling year. haha God has been teaching me so much that I feel like a can't even count all the lessons. I am not going to try and write down all the details from the last...6 months but in short I have struggled so much and God has redeemed it all. These trials have just allowed for me to see God's goodness that much more. 

The verse that I have really been meditating on lately is one that is really applicable to my life right now:

"I will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born."

-Isaiah 66:9

There are far, far better things ahead than any we leave behind. - c.S. Lewis says the exact same thing. God has better thing ahead when things are left behind, we just cannot see God's perfect plan. I have been learning more and more recently to really trust Him and His plan for me, especially when I can't see where it's going.
